How to handle logs with Atomikos 3.8.0 ?

In previous releases (Atomikos 3.7.0), we can configure the logs using transactions.property file. How can we configure logs when using transaction-osgi 3.8.0 bundle?

How to set these properties,
com.atomikos.icatch.log_base_dir=repository/data
com.atomikos.icatch.output_dir=repository/logs
com.atomikos.icatch.console_log_level=ERROR
