Some time I get the "Error in recovery Exception" after restart  tomcat.
After tracking the source code.It clearly shows after reading some part of the log file. It gets a class name for "SubTransactionCoordinatorParticipant" ,and then try to get an instance of the class.
Seems "SubTransactionCoordinatorParticipant" class dose not have a constructor with zero parameter causes the error.
How can I fix this ?

Are you relying on sub transactions? If not, there is something wrong in your configuration.

What kind of error configuration? Could you please supply more details?
Dose this mean I've generated some sub transactions during my code runs?

I don't rely on sub transaction at all.

Though, My config may be contains some errors.
If Atomikos can check this out, and provide a proper error report. Not turn out InstantiationException,NullPointerException will be better.

This could be some kind of bug .

At now, shall I check my code to remove all sub transactions or leave it as it is ignore the error?

A subtransaction is probably not what you expect if it is unintended: your resource updates would never commit if the parent transaction is accidental and will stay pending.
