forgetOrphanedLogEntriesDelay is used before initiated

In CachedRepository class, the method init().
member forgetOrphanedLogEntriesDelay  is used in performCheckpoint() -> purgeExpiredCoordinatorLogEntriesInStateAborting()

before it is initiated at line

forgetOrphanedLogEntriesDelay = configProperties.getForgetOrphanedLogEntriesDelay();


is this a bug?
