Is there any way to get the "Using init file" message to not be printed to the System.err and instead go out as a normal log message? Looking at the code it appears writing it as a log message is commented out in favor of using System.err, which is unfortunate.

I have to check to be sure, but if I remember correctly then the reason for this is: when this line of code is executed, the normal logs have not yet been initialized and therefore logging this the usual way does nothing whatsoever...
