Hi,

I'm migrating from Atomikos 3.9.3 to 4.0.4

After updating it, around 15% to 20% of our integration tests started failing with the very same exception described here:

com.atomikos.icatch.RollbackException: Prepare: NO vote


We use HSQLDB in our integration tests and we do commit our transactions, since these tests resets the db schema.


Downgrading to 4.0.0M5 version solves the issue.
We get the same issue using 4.0.1.
